Zwopr was founded by Christian, Bernhard, and Nils, driven by a shared vision to transform organizational culture. Christian and Bernhard, experts in tech and leadership, had long collaborated before joining forces with Nils, founder of Vibestrive, who brought his expertise in HR and technology.
Together, they are developing Zwopr to foster sustainable growth by putting people at the heart of organizational transformation.
