HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Our values
🌿 Trust and amplify
We default to trust. By many standards, we overtrust – and we’re okay with that. We believe that when we trust each other fully, we create a culture where everyone can thrive and contribute their best.
💪 Move with urgency and focus
We take the responsibility intrusted by our customers seriously, and we act with urgency and focus to honor that trust.
🔥 Build tools that raise the bar
Through the products and services we create, we aim to push the world to build better solutions. Our work is not just about functionality – it’s about helping others do great things.
🌟 Think rigorously
We care deeply about getting things right. That means asking the tough questions, reasoning from first principles, and challenging assumptions – even when it’s uncomfortable. Rigorous thinking leads to better decisions.
🤝 Optimize for the whole
We make decisions with the entire organization in mind. It’s not about what’s best for one team or one project – it’s about what’s best for the whole company and the people we serve.
❤️ Optimism at the core
We’re micro pessimists and macro optimists. We stay vigilant about risks and details, but we believe deeply in the long-term potential of what we’re building together.

Early-Stage SaaS Startup · HR-Tech · Remote / Hybrid · 15–20 hours per week
About ZWOPR
We are ZWOPR GmbH, an early-stage HR-tech startup focused on People Development, Culture, and Leadership Enablement.
We are building a SaaS platform that helps companies make employee development, cultural transformation, and leadership activation measurable, scalable, and actionable in everyday work.
We are a small founding team moving fast across many parallel topics, with first paying customers already using our product. To bring more structure, clarity, and execution power into our daily operations, we are looking for a Working Student Founder’s Associate / Startup Operations.
The Role
In this role, you will work directly with the founders and help us turn a dynamic early-stage environment into clear structures, organized projects, and tangible outcomes.
You will support us with internal operations, project coordination, tool setup, documentation, presentation cleanup, recruiting support, and general founder support. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating order, taking ownership, and helping a young SaaS company move faster.
What You’ll Work On
Build and maintain our internal Notion and project management structures
Structure tasks, projects, responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines
Prepare and follow up on founder meetings
Create meeting notes, decision documents, follow-up lists, checklists, and simple SOPs
Support the setup and organization of tools such as Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, Slack, or Miro
Research, compare, and evaluate tools, service providers, and vendors
Build and maintain clean document, folder, and knowledge structures
Clean up and standardize pitch decks, sales materials, customer documents, and internal templates
Support recruiting processes, job postings, candidate overviews, and screening templates
Help us create repeatable processes for recurring operational tasks
What You Should Bring
You are studying business administration, entrepreneurship, management, business informatics, psychology, communications, or a comparable field
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent way
You have a strong eye for clarity, order, and clean documentation
You can quickly structure complex topics and present them clearly
You are comfortable using tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, or similar tools
You enjoy startup dynamics, changing priorities, and fast execution
You think proactively, ask the right questions, and take ownership of your tasks
Nice to have: first experience in a startup, consulting firm, agency, or fast-growing company; experience with Notion, HubSpot, Miro, Slack, or AI tools; interest in SaaS, HR-tech, organizational development, or People & Culture; a good sense for design, presentations, and clear communication.
What You Can Expect
Direct collaboration with the founders
Responsibility from day one
Insight into building a real early-stage SaaS startup
A steep learning curve across operations, product, sales, marketing, and organization
Flexible working hours alongside your studies
Remote or hybrid setup
The opportunity to visibly shape how the company is built
This is not a classic admin role. You will help us build the operational foundation of ZWOPR and make sure important topics move from open ideas to clear execution.
Application
Please send us your CV or LinkedIn profile, a few sentences on why you are interested in an early-stage startup, and optionally examples of projects, presentations or structured work samples.
We are excited to meet people who enjoy taking ownership, bringing order to complex topics, and actively helping build a young SaaS company.
