Release Notes

Web Update 21. October 2024

  • Improved filtering of data: We have improved the way data is filtered to increase usability and avoid errors.

  • New functions in the “Culture Cockpit”: There are now clearer tables and clickable diagrams that lead to the corresponding user contributions. From now on, all member interactions relating to posts, polls and events can be automatically tracked and automatically assigned to the correct shape once the first employee survey has been imported. This data is converted into their impact on a scale of 1 to 10 and thus forecasts a probable cultural development in the form of a projection line chart

  • Data migration and account changes: We have ensured that no functions are lost when data is migrated

  • New functions: Spheres and shapes can now be renamed by the administrator

  • User friendliness: Some issues with the filter and selection options have been resolved to make it easier to use

  • Improvements for mobile devices: The mobile web version of Zwopr has been redesigned to incorporate the Culture Cockpit into the navigation.

  • Small details and translations: Some texts and descriptions still require translations, which we are continuing to work on.

Zwopr 4.3.2

  • (Fix, App): Fix of the current deep linking problem (not yet for surveys).

  • (Fix, App): Updated the outdated links to the terms and conditions.

  • (Tech, App): Further code cleanup, especially related to neighborhood help and type improvements.

  • (Feature, App): AI post recommendation: the app's post creation screen now has an “Ask AI” button that automatically generates a post based on the written post title. If no title has been written, the topic will be used as the basis for the post creation. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the web settings as some companies may not wish to use OpenAI. There is a new section in the web settings “AI Feature Permissions”.

  • (Feature, App, Web): “About me” section in the user settings: In the Profile > Settings menu, there is now a new “About Me” button where users can write a description about themselves. The same applies to the web version on the /profile page.

  • (Feature, App, Web): Full text search (first iteration): There is now a magnifying glass icon on the top right of the app home screen that can be used to search posts. The same applies to the web version, also at the top right.

  • (Feature, App, Web): Comment editing: users can now edit their comments both in the app and on the web version. This makes it possible to correct typos or add additional information without having to write a new comment.

  • (Improvement, Web): Feed and topic settings: The settings page now has a revamped user interface. Editing feeds is now much easier, including the ability to reorder feeds via drag-and-drop.

  • We're saying goodbye to neighborhood support completely and focusing on your company goals and culture.

  • Many general improvements for the latest iOS and Android versions, which ensure stability and performance and fix problems with push notifications.
